Together with the governor of the Mexican state Puebla, Mr. Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas, the laying of the foundation stone for the plant expansion was celebrated in Tehuacàn on 12/15/16. The governor thanked for the trust placed in Puebla and is happy about the comprehensive investment connected with the creation of numerous jobs. The production shall start in the new halls in 2018.
The planning for the expansion of the site includes the construction of a tanning and dressing facility, the implementation of an own production area for leather trimming of attachments as well as the foundation of a local research and development center. With the expansion of the Mexican site it will be possible in future to offer all services and products of the entire BOXMARK production range localized.
